The role of Networking Remote Technical Support Engineer (L1) is an entry‑level position designed for recent graduates who are passionate about networking and customer service. Tech stack: Cisco IOS/IOS‑XE, Juniper JunOS, ArubaOS, Riverbed SteelHead, basic Linux/Windows command line, remote console tools (SSH, RDP), ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Remedy), monitoring suites (SolarWinds, PRTG) and scripting basics (Python/Bash).
