The role of Networking Remote Technical Support Engineer (L1) is an entry‑level position designed for recent graduates who are passionate about networking and customer service. The day‑to‑day activities involve using service assurance tools, logging incidents, following standard operating procedures, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure SLA compliance. Key responsibilities include: 1. Respond to client tickets, triage incidents and adhere to defined support processes. 2.
