You will also deepen your knowledge of Microsoft’s product portfolio, market trends, and best‑practice sales methodologies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Align account plans with customer priorities by coordinating with sales, finance, legal, and technical stakeholders. 4. Participate in internal training sessions to build expertise in Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365. 10. Provide post‑deal support to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction. Tech Stack: Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Excel, SQL, basic scripting for data manipulation, and licensing tools such as Microsoft CSP. Growth Path: Successful apprentices can transition to full‑time roles such as Sales Strategy Analyst, Business Development Associate, or Account Manager, with clear pathways to senior sales and strategy positions within Microsoft.
