Key responsibilities include: 1. Designing and delivering change interventions such as communications, training, and organisational alignment activities. 2. Conducting change planning, audience analysis, and tracking readiness, adoption, and feedback. 3. Identifying and mitigating change and implementation risks while spotting early‑benefit realisation opportunities. 4. Managing implementation activities – planning, controlling, and reporting on the change product to accelerate benefits and minimise risk. 5. Collaborating with Change Delivery colleagues and business stakeholders to document MI change requirements robustly. 6. Owning specific change requests and business analysis deliverables, ensuring timely and high‑quality output. 7.
