The Management Trainee – Billing role sits within the Finance & Accounting (F&A) – Order to Cash (OTC) stream. As a fresh graduate, you will be immersed in the full billing lifecycle, from contract validation to revenue recognition, monthly invoicing, and audit closure. You will collaborate closely with operations, project management, and client teams to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions, while gaining exposure to global accounting standards (UGAAP) and Genpact’s proprietary finance platforms. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing contracts for global clients within the OTC process, ensuring terms are correctly captured for billing.
