You will coordinate with customers to analyze queries and resolve issues. The role requires analytical skills in resolving queries, understanding of AR/AP processes, accuracy in master data maintenance, and the ability to work with internal departments on queries and discrepancy resolutions. Key responsibilities: - Perform daily Customer/Vendor Creations and Modifications for 3rd party and Intra Companies requests - Process emergency requests as applicable - Contact requestors for discrepancy resolution and assist the team as needed - Coordinate with customers to analyze queries and resolve issues - Possess analytical skills in resolving queries - Understand AR/AP processes - Ensure accuracy in master data maintenance for Customer/Vendor Creations and Modifications - Work with internal departments on queries and discrepancy resolutions - Work with multiple applications/ERP’s - Ensure proper accounting and controls are performed for processing activity The company offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
