The Services Support Associate – Integrated Admin role sits within the Workplace Experience – Administrative Business Center, a dedicated service‑center that delivers high‑quality administrative support to senior leaders across the firm. As a Services Support Associate II, you will act as the backbone of daily operations, ensuring that partners, principals, managing directors, senior managers, and managers receive seamless, accurate, and timely assistance. The position demands strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, rotational‑shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Produce accurate administrative deliverables such as letters, presentations, and reports while adhering to Deloitte brand standards.
2. Document project activities in workflow tools and maintain up‑to‑date records for auditability.
3. Draft, format, and edit business correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
4. Coordinate with national and local teams to fulfill stakeholder requests across multiple hierarchy levels.
5. Provide end‑to‑end support for time‑sheet entry, expense claims, request‑for‑payment processing, and Swift transactions.
6. Manage SharePoint sites, ensuring content is current and accessible to relevant users.
7. Assist in the preparation and tracking of SAP‑based financial entries related to administrative spend.
8. Conduct internet and intranet research to gather data for business requests.
9. Serve as a point of contact for internal clients, handling queries and escalating issues when necessary.
10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline administrative workflows.
