Perform root‑cause analysis on integration failures, implement corrective actions, and document resolutions. 4. Conduct impact analysis for system changes and ensure architectural compliance with the integration strategy under Tech Lead guidance. 5. Execute non‑regression testing and support campaign roll‑outs across Europe and India. 6. Maintain comprehensive technical and operational documentation for all integrations. 7. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize backlog, gather requirements, and provide status updates. 8. Participate in on‑call rotation for Europe shift (13:00‑22:00 IST) to ensure 24×7 integration availability. 9.
