Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs. 2. Integrate third‑party and internal APIs, handling authentication, rate‑limiting and error recovery. 3. Build and enforce comprehensive unit, integration and contract tests to ensure reliability. 4. Collaborate on system architecture, service orchestration and fault‑tolerant design decisions. 5. Own feature development from specification through CI/CD pipelines to production monitoring. 6. Work with data stores (SQL/NoSQL), caching layers like Redis and message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. 7. Containerize services using Docker and assist in cloud deployments on AWS/GCP/Azure. 8. Contribute to AI/LLM workflow engineering, adding guardrails, validation and monitoring for model‑driven features. 9.
