Scheduling and facilitating Kaizen walkthroughs and events. 6. Translating improvement ideas into actionable plans with local support. 7. Maintaining the Daily Management System (DMS) and tracking key metrics. 8. Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing operational data to inform improvement priorities. 9. Preparing dashboards, reports, and presentations for operational reviews. 10. Following up on improvement actions to ensure timely closure. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, a strong interest in Lean manufacturing, and basic analytical and communication skills.
