As a remote associate, you will act as a liaison between the company’s tax compliance team and various county tax offices across the United States. Your primary responsibility is to gather, verify and communicate tax‑related information on behalf of clients, ensuring that all filings are accurate and compliant with local regulations. The role demands strong verbal communication skills, a clear US accent, and the ability to handle high‑volume calls while maintaining data integrity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Initiate and manage outbound calls to county tax offices to obtain certification and clearance documents. 2. Retrieve tax‑related data using the Netroline platform and other internal tools. 3. Compile property status, ownership details and other relevant information into standardized templates. 4. Log all interactions and updates in the CRM system with 98% accuracy. 5. Adhere to defined quality standards and process guidelines for each call. 6. Monitor and report any discrepancies or escalations to senior tax analysts. 7. Maintain a typing speed of at least 25 WPM while ensuring high data quality. 8. Participate in shift rotations, including weekends and overtime, as per business needs. 9. Continuously update knowledge of US tax regulations and county‑specific requirements. 10. Provide feedback to improve call scripts and workflow efficiency.
