The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) role is designed as an entry‑level gateway into the world of building automation and control engineering. As a GET, you will be immersed in global projects that involve the design, configuration, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) for HVAC and related subsystems. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers, gaining hands‑on exposure to industry‑standard tools, software platforms, and field instrumentation. The role emphasizes learning through structured training, real‑time problem solving, and active participation in client meetings and workshops. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the design and application engineering of Building Management Systems for HVAC. 2. Prepare Project Execution Plans in coordination with senior team members. 3. Conduct site surveys, collect data, and support hardware/software configuration. 4. Ensure quality assurance and defect‑free delivery of BMS packages. 5. Follow established processes and guidelines to meet project timelines. 6. Participate in internal and client‑facing meetings, workshops, and training sessions. 7. Document technical specifications, test reports, and as‑built drawings. 8. Support commissioning, testing, and handover activities. 9. Maintain clear communication with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. 10. Continuously update knowledge on emerging automation technologies and industry standards. Tech Stack & Tools: Building Automation System (BAS) platforms, HVAC control software, PLC programming, SCADA, AutoCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, basic Python scripting for data analysis, and standard office productivity suites.
