Reporting to senior analysts and data engineers, the incumbent will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Alteryx workflows that automate data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and integration. The position is hybrid, allowing a blend of on‑site collaboration in Noida and remote work, which helps maintain work‑life balance while fostering cross‑functional interaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and deploy Alteryx Designer workflows to automate repetitive data processing tasks. 2. Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting. 3. Perform data transformation and integration from multiple source systems into a unified analytical layer. 4. Conduct root‑cause analysis of workflow performance issues and implement optimization strategies. 5. Collaborate with Business, Technology, Operations, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, Data Science, and BI teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights. 6. Create and maintain documentation for data pipelines, workflow logic, and data lineage. 7. Support self‑service analytics initiatives by preparing data sets for Power BI dashboards. 8. Participate in code reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions to uplift the overall data competency of the team. 9. Assist in data quality checks and ensure compliance with governance standards. 10. Stay updated with emerging tools and best practices in data automation and analytics. Tech Stack: Alteryx Designer, SQL, MS Excel, VBA, Power BI (good to have), Python (good to have), Microsoft Power Platform, and basic cloud data services.
