As a Quality Associate, you will serve as the first line of support for a variety of operational activities. You will follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to perform manual audits, investigate image/video evidence, transcribe call and email communications, and recommend corrective actions. Your work will involve identifying emerging patterns, contributing to process improvements, and maintaining meticulous records in trackers or workflow tools.
