Working under the guidance of senior solution engineers, the intern will assist in crafting tailored proposals, designing integration architectures, and delivering compelling demos that showcase Infobip’s suite of APIs and services. Key responsibilities include: 1. Helping customers understand the value proposition of Infobip’s solutions and services. 2. Conducting discovery sessions to gather business requirements and map them to relevant product offerings. 3. Assisting in the design of innovative, scalable solutions that address specific customer use‑cases. 4. Drafting technical requirement documents and simple integration plans. 5. Supporting the preparation of responses to technical and security questionnaires. 6. Delivering engaging product demos and proof‑of‑concept (POC) sessions. 7. Participating in scoping exercises and contributing to accurate service quote estimations. 8. Creating clear, comprehensive technical documentation and meeting minutes. 9. Configuring and implementing Infobip solutions in test environments to meet client specifications. 10. Supporting training and enablement sessions for SMB customers, ensuring knowledge transfer and adoption. The tech stack revolves around RESTful APIs, JSON, and webhook integrations, with preferred programming experience in Python and JavaScript. Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude Code, as well as version control via GitHub, is advantageous. Throughout the 6‑month internship, the intern will receive curated training, mentorship from seasoned engineers, and access to a global network of experts, laying a solid foundation for a future career in solution engineering or product consulting.
