Key responsibilities: 1. Collect, clean, and validate operational data from multiple sources. 2. Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards using Excel. 3. Write SQL queries to extract trends, identify bottleneities, and support ad‑hoc analysis. 4. Monitor key performance indicators such as order‑to‑delivery time, inventory accuracy, and shipment exceptions. 5. Partner with warehouse, transportation, and technology teams to resolve process gaps. 6. Document standard operating procedures and update them as processes evolve. 7.
