The typical Ericsson interview experience involves a technical interview and an HR interview. The technical interview is designed to test your technical skills and knowledge, while the HR interview is designed to assess your communication and problem-solving skills. As a Solution Integrator at Ericsson, you will play a key role in helping our customers to integrate our solutions into their existing infrastructure. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our solutions are properly configured and tested before they are deployed. The role of a Solution Integrator is a challenging and rewarding one. As a Solution Integrator, you will be responsible for: - Defining project scope, quality, estimate cost and time, and plan accompanying activities. - Preparing, collecting, and validating scripts and configurations to ensure accuracy. - Developing and executing test cases to guarantee quality and efficiency of delivery. - Conducting troubleshooting to diagnose and rectify issues, or escalate where necessary. - Carrying out integration and migration tasks in line with our process framework and contractual obligations. - Ensuring that Operating System (OS), Hardware (HW), Software (SW), licenses, and configuration data is up-to-date and in the correct format. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of our solutions and how they can be integrated into existing infrastructure. You will also need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
