Reporting to the process lead, the analyst will act as the first point of contact for retail banking clients, handling queries via phone and email, documenting issues, and ensuring resolutions within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage inbound client requests through telephone and email, ensuring courteous and professional interaction. 2. Accurately capture end‑user details, problem description, and transaction information in the RAVE system. 3. Follow standard operating procedures to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues, meeting daily case‑resolution targets. 4. Escalate complex or high‑priority tickets to the Team Leader while maintaining clear communication with the client. 5. Update and maintain internal knowledge bases, FAQs, and self‑help documents to improve first‑call resolution rates. 6. Analyse call logs to identify recurring trends and suggest preventive measures. 7. Participate in product‑specific training sessions and continuously upgrade technical knowledge. 8. Provide feedback to process improvement teams and contribute ideas for enhancing service quality. 9. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, data privacy, and legal guidelines during every interaction. 10. Conduct follow‑up calls or emails to verify client satisfaction and close the loop on open tickets. Tech Stack & Tools: RAVE ticketing system, MS Office Suite, basic banking software modules, email clients, and remote desktop utilities. Familiarity with CRM platforms and data analytics tools is a plus.
