Simulating customer issues, triaging defects and providing timely resolutions. 5. Responding to functional queries from stakeholders across development, support and business teams. 6. Building and updating knowledge repositories for existing products, operations and system architecture. 7. Leveraging SQL queries to validate data integrity and perform backend verification. 9. Utilizing basic Unix commands for environment setup and log analysis. 10.
