The role involves assisting in collecting, cleansing, preprocessing, and validating structured and unstructured datasets, supporting design, development, training, and evaluation of ML and deep learning models, performing feature engineering, model tuning, and performance optimization, conducting model validation, testing, benchmarking, and documentation, and assisting in deploying and monitoring AI/ML models in development and production environments. As a GenAI Trainee, you will also develop applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI models, support prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and response evaluation, participate in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), fine-tuning, and model customization projects, develop and test AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and content generation solutions, evaluate model outputs for quality, accuracy, safety, and Responsible AI compliance, and integrate Generative AI into enterprise applications via APIs and frameworks. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also work on Computer Vision Engineering, developing image and video analytics solutions using computer vision techniques, implementing object detection, image classification, segmentation, tracking, and OCR models, working with image and video datasets for annotation, labeling, and augmentation, training and evaluating deep learning models using OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and YOLO, and supporting deployment of vision models for edge devices, cloud platforms, and real-time applications. As a GenAI Trainee, you will also be involved in Data Analytics & Engineering, conducting Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and generating insights from large datasets, creating visualizations, reports, and dashboards, developing data pipelines and workflows for AI applications, and ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance. Furthermore, you will work on AI Solution Development & Integration, building intelligent automation and AI-driven business solutions, integrating AI, GenAI, and Computer Vision models with web, mobile, and enterprise applications, developing APIs, microservices, and cloud-based AI solutions, and following coding standards, version control, and software development best practices. In addition to these technical responsibilities, you will also be involved in Research & Innovation, staying updated on AI, ML, GenAI, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning advancements, conducting proof of concept (PoC) development for emerging technologies, evaluating new AI frameworks, tools, and platforms, and participating in technical discussions, hackathons, and innovation initiatives. As a GenAI Trainee, you will also be responsible for Documentation & Compliance, preparing technical documentation, model documentation, and project reports, following Responsible AI, cybersecurity, data privacy, and ethical AI guidelines. Finally, you will work collaboratively with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, and Product Teams, participating in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and team meetings, and continuously growing your technical knowledge through training and mentoring.
