The AI/ML Computational Science Associate role involves developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications and scripts. The candidate will participate in coding, debugging, and troubleshooting activities, assist in developing REST APIs and backend services, support automation and process improvement initiatives, work on data processing, reporting, and analytics solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. The role requires a strong foundation in Python programming, object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms. The candidate should have a good understanding of SQL and database concepts, REST APIs, and Git/version control. Experience with Django/Flask/FastAPI, Pandas, NumPy, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cloud platforms like Azure/AWS/GCP is an added advantage.
