Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau or Excel. 8. Monitor applications using Splunk, Dynatrace and Grafana, responding to alerts and performing root‑cause analysis. 9. Document technical designs, test evidence, deployment procedures and knowledge‑transfer articles. 10. Collaborate in Agile ceremonies – daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives – and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
