3. Create and update Tool Qualification Plans (TQP), Tool Operational Requirements (TOR), and Tool Accomplishment Summaries (TAS).

5. Establish and maintain traceability matrices linking requirements (Jama Connect) to test cases and defects (Jira).

7. Support the generation of verification evidence, test reports, and user guides for qualified tools.
8. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot tool integration issues and propose improvements.
