The Management Trainee role is designed for recent engineering or MBA graduates who want to start a career in Oracle ERP consulting. Trainees will be placed in one of Birlasoft’s major delivery hubs – Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Hyderabad or Chennai – and will work under senior consultants on real‑world implementation projects for global clients. Support data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation and loading using SQL. 5. Contribute to the development of simple reports, interfaces and integrations. 6. Perform unit, integration and user‑acceptance testing under guidance. 7. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. 8. Stay updated on AI‑driven tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) and suggest automation opportunities. 9. Adhere to responsible AI and data‑privacy standards while using generative tools. 10.
