They collaborate closely with Policy, Operations, and Engineering teams to translate policy requirements into actionable metrics, respond to abuse incidents, and iterate on detection systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement large‑scale enforcement strategies aligned with YouTube’s content policies. 2. Leverage data analysis to uncover trends, root causes, and performance drivers of abuse. 3. Build and maintain dashboards that track operational metrics and highlight anomalies. 4. Develop lightweight ML or statistical models to prioritize enforcement actions. 5. Write SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and analyze data from internal data lakes. 6. Coordinate rapid incident response, investigate abuse cases, and recommend mitigation steps. 7. Collaborate with Engineering to prototype and deploy new enforcement features. 8. Communicate findings and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders. 9. Document processes, runbooks, and best practices for the Trust and Safety team. 10. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of enforcement actions and iterate on solutions.
