Candidates will be trained on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), a leading transportation planning and execution suite, and will assist clients in translating logistics business requirements into robust, scalable solutions. The role blends business analysis, configuration, testing and post‑go‑live support, while also encouraging the use of generative AI tools to accelerate documentation and solution design. Key Responsibilities: 1. Learn and master OTM functionality, industry best practices, and related Oracle Cloud services. 2. Participate in requirement‑gathering workshops, documenting functional specifications. 3. Support solution design, configuration, and customisation activities under senior guidance. 4. Prepare test cases, execute functional and integration testing, and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 5. Resolve production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement enhancements. 6. Create clear user guides, functional specifications and technical documentation. 7. Collaborate with business users, technical architects and integration teams to ensure seamless system integration. 8. Validate data migrations and perform data reconciliation activities. 9. Leverage Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude) to improve productivity in analysis, documentation and testing. 10. Continuously upskill on Oracle Cloud, supply‑chain concepts and emerging AI technologies.
