Software Engineer

Microsoft interviews typically consist of three rounds: a technical interview, a technical interview, and an HR interview. The technical interviews are designed to assess the candidate's coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of data structures and algorithms. The HR interview is designed to assess the candidate's communication skills, team fit, and cultural alignment. Candidates are advised to practice coding skills, review data structures and algorithms, and prepare to answer behavioral questions.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. Experience Level: Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of technical engineering experience (OR) equivalent experience. Master’s Degree with proven coding experience. Required Technical Skills: Proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python. Strong programming skills with deep knowledge of your programming language of choice and its standard library. Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
