Assist in the deployment of Windchill applications using build packages, CCDs and CPS packages. 2. Validate installations and configuration changes against PTC cloud standards. 3. Perform routine system administration tasks on Linux and Windows Server nodes. 4. Execute log cleanup, cache management, and index rebuilding activities. 5. Support version upgrades, maintenance releases and post‑upgrade validation. 6. Investigate and resolve basic deployment, publishing and performance issues. 7. Escalate complex problems to senior engineers with detailed documentation. 8. Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles. 9. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for change requests and scheduled maintenance. 10. Monitor application health and contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.
