Reporting to the Business Intelligence Lead, the analyst will be responsible for turning raw data from multiple enterprise systems into actionable insights that drive governance, audit compliance, and performance monitoring across the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and data models for governance, audit, SLA, and KPI tracking. 2. Create and optimize DAX measures, ensuring data validation, performance tuning, and reusable datasets. 3. Integrate data from SAP, Excel, relational databases, and external partner feeds to build a unified reporting layer. 4. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and deliver management‑ready summaries for governance forums. 5. Track project deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks using structured trackers and follow‑up mechanisms. 6. Support group‑level governance initiatives by monitoring KPIs, compliance metrics, and documentation standards. 7. Monitor partner/vendor SLAs and KPIs, developing periodic reports that highlight performance gaps and improvement opportunities. 8. Track audit findings, ensure timely remediation, and maintain evidence for compliance closure. 9. Coordinate O3‑related initiatives, ensuring seamless reporting cadence and stakeholder alignment. 10. Provide ad‑hoc analytical support to senior leadership for strategic decision‑making. Tech Stack: Power BI, DAX, SQL, SAP BW/BI, Excel, Azure Data Services, Git for version control, and basic scripting (Python/R) for data manipulation.
