Trainee - Technical

The interview process typically consists of three rounds: technical interview, HR interview, and final interview. The technical interview assesses your technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and coding skills. The HR interview evaluates your communication skills, team spirit, and adaptability. The final interview is a panel discussion that assesses your fit with the company culture and values. It is recommended to be prepared for technical questions, coding challenges, and behavioral questions.

You will be responsible to create state of the art technology prototypes and actively contributing to innovation streams. You will actively contribute to software design for realizing optimal solutions in our product offerings. You will be responsible for the implementation of features, while adhering to highest coding and quality standards. You will be responsible creating and reviewing relevant specifications while conforming to defined processes. You have basic knowhow of Test-Driven Development / Behavior-Driven Development and other extreme programming methods. You should have familiarity of software engineering processes & methods. You have thorough understanding of OOPS, design principles & patterns, inter-process communication, multi-threading and data-structures.
