As a Jr Team Member- Network Operations & Support - Platform Planning & Network Design, you will be responsible for delivering services for international customers, managing delivery and supplier coordination, ensuring timely installation functions, performing escalation management, and maintaining customer communications and KCIs. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer-end service readiness, end-to-end order management, and coordinating with suppliers and securing field resources for priority orders.
