As a Jr Team Member- Network Operations & Support - Platform Planning & Network Design, you will be responsible for delivering services for international customers, managing delivery and supplier coordination, ensuring timely installation functions, performing escalation management, and maintaining customer communications and KCIs. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer-end service readiness, end-to-end order management, and coordinating with suppliers and securing field resources for priority orders. The key responsibilities of this role include: * Delivering services for international customers * Managing delivery and supplier coordination * Ensuring timely installation functions * Performing escalation management * Maintaining customer communications and KCIs * Ensuring customer-end service readiness * End-to-end order management * Coordinating with suppliers and securing field resources for priority orders * Strong verbal and written communication skills The required skills for this role include network design, network planning, order management, service delivery, telecom standards or telecom protocols, Microsoft Office applications, and escalation management.
