Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in configuring and managing IAM platforms for user provisioning, access reviews, and Single Sign‑On (SSO). 2. Support the rollout of security controls including Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) and privileged access management. 3. Monitor system logs, analyze security events, and help respond to incidents under supervision. 4. Document IAM processes, generate access request reports, and maintain compliance records. 5. Collaborate with IT and security teams to troubleshoot access issues and facilitate onboarding/offboarding. 6. Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, PowerShell) for identity lifecycle management. 7. Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions to stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and best practices. 8. Contribute to policy enforcement and audit readiness activities. 9. Assist in preparing technical documentation and presentations for internal stakeholders. 10. Support the evaluation of new IAM tools and technologies. The company encourages certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer, Okta Certified Administrator) and offers internal training programs. Why Join Johnson Controls? You will be part of a forward‑looking organization that values innovation, teamwork, and personal development. The role provides a rare blend of technical depth and business impact, allowing you to build a solid foundation in cybersecurity while contributing to real‑world projects that protect critical infrastructure.
