As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a cross‑functional team that designs, builds, and maintains highly scalable services that power Salesforce’s AI‑driven agent platform. You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and performance engineers to deliver features that are reliable, secure, and performant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Architect, design, implement, test and deliver highly scalable products. 2. Master the existing development process, code base and culture, then propose improvements. 3. Work closely with engineers, product managers, UX experts and performance engineers to build new customer‑facing features. 4. Develop comprehensive test strategies, design automation frameworks, and write unit/functional tests to increase code coverage. 5. Analyze, design and develop test cases and implement automated test suites. 6. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices. 7. Monitor telemetry and metrics to drive operational excellence and reliability. 8. Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing sessions, and mentorship of peers. 9. Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, especially around AI, cloud native services, and DevOps. 10. Assist in incident response and post‑mortem analysis to improve system resilience. Tech Stack: Java, Apex, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, JUnit/TestNG, Selenium, Grafana/Prometheus for telemetry.
