The Product Ops Intern will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and partner success. This role is designed for a self‑starter who loves automating repetitive tasks, building AI‑powered agents, and shepherding new app integrations from request to production. You will work closely with senior engineers to prototype agents that monitor inboxes, send follow‑ups, and keep trackers up‑to‑date, while also managing the end‑to‑end onboarding of new third‑party connectors. The internship lasts for at least two months on‑site in Bengaluru, with the possibility of extension based on project impact. Key responsibilities: 1. Document manual workflows and translate them into repeatable AI agents. 2. Develop and test agents that automate inbox monitoring, follow‑up emails and status tracking. 3. Convert repetitive outreach processes into self‑sustaining workflows. 4. Coordinate OAuth approvals, API access, sandbox credentials and test accounts for new app connectors. 5. Track the approval status of hundreds of apps, ensuring clear visibility for engineering and product teams. 6. Follow up persistently with partners and internal stakeholders until approvals are secured. 7. Create demo videos and scope‑mapping documentation to move prospects from interest to commitment. 8. Own the end‑to‑end status of each integration, reducing the need for ad‑hoc queries. 9. Collaborate with product managers to prioritize high‑impact automation opportunities. 10. Contribute to internal knowledge bases by writing clean, customer‑ready communication. Tech stack includes Python, Node.js, RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, and AI frameworks such as LangChain or OpenAI APIs.
