Graduates of B.E, B.Tech or MCA who will pass out in 2025. Minimum aggregate of 60% in the qualifying degree. No active backlogs at the time of joining. Must be willing to work the designated night shift (5:30 PM – 3:00 AM).

The Trainee role in Noida is designed for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in the IT services domain. As a Trainee, you will be part of the Total Benefit Administration (TBA) team, responsible for configuring and testing Wipro's proprietary benefit administration platform to meet client specifications. The position provides hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end solution delivery, from requirement analysis to system testing and documentation, under the guidance of senior consultants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Configure tables, parameters and business rules in the Wipro TBA system based on client requirements. 2. Write, test and optimize simple to complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation. 3. Participate in system testing, functional testing and regression testing cycles. 4. Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional specifications into technical configurations. 5. Document configuration steps, test cases and results for audit and knowledge‑base purposes. 6. Assist in troubleshooting defects and provide timely resolutions. 7. Follow SDLC best practices and adhere to quality assurance standards. 8. Contribute to automation testing initiatives where applicable. 9. Communicate progress and issues clearly to project leads and stakeholders. 10. Continuously learn and apply new technologies, tools and methodologies relevant to the role. Tech Stack & Skills: The role primarily involves working with SQL, DB2, SAS concepts, mainframe fundamentals and basic automation testing tools. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and strong analytical abilities are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication, a proactive attitude and the ability to work in a night‑shift schedule (5:30 PM – 3:00 AM) are also required. Growth Path: Successful trainees can progress to Associate Consultant, Consultant and eventually Senior Consultant roles within the Benefits Management practice.
