Interns will work closely with senior AI engineers and product managers to design, prototype, and ship AI‑driven features that enhance data discovery, lineage, and governance capabilities. The role offers exposure to cutting‑edge machine‑learning pipelines, large‑scale data processing, and user‑centric product development. Key responsibilities include: 1. Collaborate with product teams to translate user needs into AI‑powered solutions. 2. Build and fine‑tune machine‑learning models for data classification, anomaly detection, and recommendation. 3. Develop data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud services (AWS/GCP). 4. Write clean, modular code and maintain documentation for reproducibility. 5. Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on model performance. 6. Participate in code reviews and adopt best practices for testing and deployment. 7. Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders. 8. Contribute to open‑source components of Atlan’s AI stack where applicable. 9.
