As a Support Engineer in the Hyderabad Dev Center, you will be the technical bridge between product teams, operations and external partners. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of new biller onboarding, from requirement gathering and development to testing, launch and continuous improvement. Your expertise in Generative AI and agentic systems will help embed intelligent automation into daily workflows, boosting builder productivity and reducing manual effort. You will also act as a subject‑matter expert for your domain, providing guidance, troubleshooting complex issues and driving documentation excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design, development, testing and launch of new category or biller onboarding solutions.
2. Write and maintain automation scripts in modern programming languages (Python, Java, Bash).
3. Troubleshoot and debug production incidents, performing root‑cause analysis and delivering quick fixes.
4. Integrate Generative AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
5. Create and enhance technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and SOPs.
6. Collaborate with product, tech, and program stakeholders to align road‑maps and delivery timelines.
7. Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and promote best practices.
8. Partner with other technology teams to assess impact of platform changes on support workflows.
9. Participate in on‑call rotations and ensure high‑availability of critical payment services.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting system enhancements and bug‑fixes.
Tech Stack: Linux, AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda), Python, Java, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Bash scripting, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Generative AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face).
