The role of a BI Engineering Associate sits within Accenture’s Reinvention Deployment Engineering (RDE) practice, which accelerates delivery of engineering and R&D solutions by marrying human expertise with AI‑driven agents. As a member of the RDE‑Analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, building, optimizing and governing dashboards, executive scorecards, self‑service reports and data‑storytelling solutions for Accenture’s Operations clients. Develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards, incorporating DAX measures and Power Query transformations. 2. Participate in dimensional modelling and ETL design, ensuring data quality and consistency. 5. Implement row‑level security and performance tuning to meet enterprise governance standards. 6. Maintain documentation such as data dictionaries, test evidence and user feedback logs. 8. Monitor dashboard refresh cycles, troubleshoot defects and support production‑level reporting. 9. Assist in the migration of analytics workloads to modern platforms like Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks. 10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the POD‑based delivery model.
