As a Software Development Engineer (SDE) Intern, you will be embedded in Spyne’s Technology team and will get hands‑on exposure to both frontend and backend development. You will collaborate daily with seasoned engineers, product managers, and AI researchers to ship features that power the company’s flagship platform. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and ship frontend components using React.js. 2. Implement backend services and REST APIs with Node.js. 3. Write efficient database queries and contribute to data‑model design. 4. Translate UI/UX mockups and product requirements into functional, scalable features. 5. Debug production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and optimise performance. 6. Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards and best practices. 7. Collaborate with AI and data teams to integrate machine‑learning outputs into user‑facing features. 8. Maintain version control using Git and follow CI/CD pipelines. 9. Document technical decisions and create clear API documentation. 10. Take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery for assigned modules under mentorship. Tech Stack: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Git, AWS (basic), RESTful APIs.
