Engineering Intern - Class of 2026

The typical interview experience at Eightfold AI includes a technical interview, cultural fit interview, and HR interview. The technical interview assesses the candidate's technical skills and problem-solving abilities. The cultural fit interview assesses the candidate's fit with the company culture and values. The HR interview assesses the candidate's background, experience, and fit with the company. The interview process is challenging, but the company provides support and resources to help candidates prepare.

Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science with the year of graduation as 2026. Available for a full-time in-person 6 months internship immediately. CGPA of 8.0 and above (out of 10). Solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals. Strong hold on data structures, algorithms and coding.

As an Engineering Intern at Eightfold AI, you will get a chance to work on highly scalable distributed systems and AI platforms spanning several TBs of data from enterprises, governments and public data sources. With candidate and job data in the order of millions, our models are trained on aggregation of a billion data points and our infrastructure is built to scale state of art. You will gain deep expertise in how AI is consumed and create futuristic applications that are effective in using AI/ML to find the right career. You will also optimize for usability and make data driven decisions in the process. You will learn to design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications and services. You will invent novel solutions to challenging problems. You will diagnose and debug issues in a production environment. You will collaborate with top notch engineers, product managers and designers in an open, creative environment.
