As a Vibe‑Coder you will partner with global product teams to debug, optimise and accelerate development across multiple technology stacks, using AI as a core productivity enabler. You will be expected to quickly adapt to new languages, leverage AI‑powered tools for troubleshooting, and contribute to continuous improvement of the ERP product line. Key responsibilities include: 1. Write, test and debug code in core languages such as Python, Java, C#, C++ or JavaScript. 2. Use AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and tools (GitHub Copilot, Cline, V0, Windsurf) to analyse code, identify bottlenecks and suggest optimisations. 3. Rapidly switch between technology stacks – .NET, Java, legacy systems – with AI assistance. 4. Design, query and maintain PostgreSQL databases to ensure application performance. 5. Adopt AI‑driven bug‑analysis platforms to accelerate issue resolution. 6. Automate repetitive development tasks, improving developer productivity and code quality. 7. Collaborate with senior engineers on feature development, testing and maintenance. 8. Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and integrate relevant practices into daily workflows. 9. Communicate progress and challenges clearly to peers, mentors and stakeholders. 10. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best‑practice documentation. The tech stack revolves around Python/Java, VS Code, Git, PostgreSQL, Crystal Reports 12.4, Visual Studio 2019 and Azure Pipelines for CI/CD.
