Under close mentorship from senior developers, the L1 developer will contribute to coding, configuration, unit testing and documentation activities for client projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in writing clean, maintainable code under guidance of senior developers. 2. Participate in unit testing, validate outputs and log results as per project standards. 3. Document code changes, test cases and outcomes for traceability. 4. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements. 5. Support configuration management and version control activities. 6. Perform basic debugging and issue resolution. 7. Contribute to peer code reviews and adopt best coding practices. 8. Attend daily stand‑ups and provide status updates on assigned tasks. 9. Learn and apply AI/ML and RPA concepts as required by project modules. 10. Maintain adherence to coding standards and security guidelines. Tech Stack: The role primarily works with Java, Python or C++, SQL databases, front‑end basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and exposure to AI/ML frameworks and RPA tools such as UiPath. Familiarity with Git, Jira and Agile methodologies is beneficial.
