As a Network Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customers facing LAN, VLAN, VPN, and DHCP issues. 4. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Escalations, Engineering, and Product to address complex incidents.
5. Document solutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles for future reference.

7. Provide clear, professional communication in English, both written and verbal, to customers and internal stakeholders.
8. Work on a rotational weekend schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.
9. Assist in developing automation scripts and workflows to improve support efficiency.
10. Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
