As a Systems Engineer – EV, you will join the Finacle Digital Banking Platform (FNSP) practice. You will work in a hybrid model (three days in‑office) across major Indian tech hubs – Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune – collaborating with senior architects, product managers, and client teams. Your day‑to‑day activities will span the full software lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support. Key responsibilities include: 1. Analyzing client requirements and translating them into Finacle configuration specifications. 2. Customizing Finacle modules (Core Banking, Payments, Treasury, etc.) using Java, PL/SQL, and Finacle’s proprietary scripting. 3. Developing and unit‑testing new features or enhancements in an Agile sprint environment. 4. Executing functional, integration, and regression test cases to ensure high‑quality releases. 5. Supporting deployment activities, including data migration, environment setup, and go‑live assistance. 6. Troubleshooting production issues, performing root‑cause analysis, and delivering timely fixes. 7. Preparing technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge‑transfer material for clients. 8. Participating in code reviews and adhering to coding standards and security best practices. 9. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (UX, QA, DevOps) to drive continuous improvement. 10. Keeping abreast of emerging banking trends and contributing ideas for product innovation.
