As an HR Intern – Global, you will be embedded within the HR Analytics team, reporting to the HR Manager. You will collaborate with talent acquisition partners, IT, and business leaders, gaining a holistic view of how data drives people decisions in a multinational logistics environment.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Collecting and organising recruitment data from various sources.
2. Designing and updating dashboards that visualise hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, and diversity ratios.
3. Analysing recruitment performance to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
4. Documenting existing HR workflows and proposing automation solutions using tools like Power Automate or VBA.
5. Assisting in testing new HR analytics software and providing feedback on usability.
6. Maintaining HR master data in systems like SAP SuccessFactors to ensure accuracy.
7. Generating regular and ad‑hoc reports for senior HR leadership and business stakeholders.
8. Supporting the HR Manager in data‑driven decision making by preparing insight‑focused presentations.
9. Collaborating with local centre HR representatives to align analytics with regional hiring strategies.
10. Participating in cross‑functional projects that aim to digitise HR processes.
Tech stack: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI for visualisation, basic SQL for data extraction, familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, and exposure to Python or R is a plus.
