The Digital Workplace Practice (Service Desk) Role is an entry‑level position designed for 2025‑2026 graduates who are eager to start a career in IT support. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for end‑users facing hardware, software, or network issues. You will log, track, and resolve tickets, collaborate with specialized teams, and contribute to the knowledge base that powers faster resolutions across the organization. Key responsibilities include: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for end‑users reporting IT incidents. 2. Log, categorize, and prioritize Service Desk tickets in the ticketing tool (ServiceNow). 3. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, laptops, printers) and software (OS, Office 365, VPN) problems within defined SLAs. 4. Perform remote desktop support and on‑site assistance as required. 5. Escalate complex issues to Tier‑2/3 teams while ensuring proper hand‑off documentation. 6. Create and update knowledge‑base articles to capture solutions and best practices. 7. Participate in shift rotations, including night shifts, to provide 24x7 coverage. 8. Conduct periodic system health checks and assist in IT asset inventory. 9. Provide excellent customer service with clear communication in a multicultural environment. 10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and suggest automation opportunities. Tech stack typically includes Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, VPN clients, and basic networking tools.
