Coordinating with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Billing teams to resolve invoice discrepancies. 5. Assisting in the preparation and follow‑up of statutory audits, ensuring all required documentation is available. 6. Maintaining systematic records of bills, receipts, and financial statements. 7. Facilitating daily cash deposits in coordination with Pharmacy and Customer Care departments. 8. Supporting asset tagging activities and updating the asset register. 9. Performing ad‑hoc finance‑related tasks as assigned by senior leadership. 10. Contributing ideas for process improvements and automation in finance workflows.
