Job Description Talent Acquisition Trainee As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying and hiring top talent. This role offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and resume screening to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. Will be work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process Responsibilities Assist in creating job postings and distributing them across various platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings of candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
