The Graduate Engineer Trainee role is designed for recent engineering graduates who are eager to start their career in full‑stack development. Reporting to a senior Full Stack Developer, the trainee will be immersed in both front‑end and back‑end development, gaining hands‑on experience with modern web technologies, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices. The position is hybrid, allowing a blend of on‑site collaboration in Pune and remote work, which helps new hires adapt to the company culture while maintaining flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
2. Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and server‑side logic with Node.js, Java, Python or .NET.
3. Design, implement and query relational (SQL) and non‑relational (NoSQL) databases.
4. Ensure application security, performance optimization, and reliability across the stack.
5. Participate in CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments on AWS, Azure or GCP, and monitor production health.
6. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers and QA teams to deliver user‑centric features.
7. Write clean, well‑documented code and contribute to code reviews and agile ceremonies.
8. Debug and resolve technical issues, providing support during the entire software lifecycle.
9. Explore micro‑services architecture and assist in its implementation.
10. Continuously learn emerging technologies and suggest improvements to existing systems.
