The role of Technology Analyst – Workday Integration sits within the Employee Digital Services (DMH) team, focusing on Human Resources (HR) applications. As a product developer in the HR Integration team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering integration solutions that connect Workday with various internal and external systems. You will act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, ensuring that data flows are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs. The position involves shift work aligned with European business hours, providing exposure to a global user base and cross‑regional collaboration. Key responsibilities include: 1. Managing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of integration backlog items, from concept through production release. 2. Designing, building, and maintaining inbound and outbound technical flows for Workday HR modules. 3.
