The Analyst role in the S&P – Procurement Technology team sits within the Supply Chain & Network Operations (SCNO) vertical in Pune. As an Analyst, you will be part of a functional “squad” that implements Ivalua’s Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) platform for Deloitte’s global and domestic clients. The position offers exposure to end‑to‑end procurement processes, from sourcing and contract management to purchase‑to‑pay, while working alongside seasoned consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the configuration and deployment of Ivalua S2P modules such as Sourcing, SIM, CLM, and P2P. 2. Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. 3. Perform system configuration tasks including form design, workflow creation, and approval routing. 4. Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), log defects and track resolution. 5. Load master data, validate data integrity, and support data migration activities. 6. Write basic SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting. 7. Develop user manuals, training decks, and knowledge‑base articles for post‑go‑live support. 8. Provide hyper‑care support after go‑live, addressing user queries and fixing issues. 9. Collaborate with cross‑functional team members using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence. 10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned and suggesting process enhancements.
